In today’s modern world where conflicts of interest, ethics, diversity, employment rights, PC and so many other things need to be transacted in more professional, open and honest ways, its important not to allow ourselves to be drawn in to disputes by not knowing the current rules and regulations surrounding these key areas of business.

What could be the ramifications be if you or your organisation find yourselves in a position where you may have unwittingly broken the rules and regulations. What could be the costs in time and money to rectify any breach of these rules?
